I have recently bought a gamepad for Asphalt 9 (Android), but the system forces me to use left joystick for steering while im used to steer with right thumb back in Asphalt 8 with onscreen steering wheel. I can use the trackpad to select menu options, but the keyboard keys don't do anything.
